Mountain View Manor is a 116-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the scenic Sandretto Hills of Prescott, Arizona. Since 1984, we have proudly provided high-quality skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services to residents of Prescott and the surrounding communities.

At Mountain View Manor, teamwork and collaboration between our clinical staff, therapy team, and support departments ensure residents receive coordinated care focused on recovery, comfort, and quality of life.
Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Mountain View Manor specializes in post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.
Our rehabilitation program includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, working together with our skilled nursing team to support recovery and restore independence.
Residents may receive assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Walking and mobility
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Dining assistance
- Transfers and getting in and out of bed
Our goal is to provide the clinical care and therapy services needed to help residents recover as quickly and safely as possible so they can return home at their highest level of independence. When residents are ready to discharge, our Social Services Director assists with coordinating home services and resources to support a successful transition home.
Our rehabilitation services are provided in partnership with Sovereign, a therapy provider that supports skilled nursing facilities across Arizona and Missouri. Their team includes hundreds of licensed therapists specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Rehabilitation services may include:
- Joint replacement rehabilitation
- Bone and joint injury therapy
- Fall prevention and balance training
- Functional mobility and gait training
- Therapeutic exercise programs
- Manual therapy and modalities
- Spine stabilization and back pain education
- Neurological rehabilitation for stroke and related conditions
- Occupational injury therapy
- Speech and communication therapy
- Swallowing therapy (dysphagia treatment)
- Voice and language therapy
Long-Term Care
Mountain View Manor also provides long-term care services for individuals whose medical needs require ongoing nursing support and assistance with daily living.
Our long-term care team includes licensed nurses and trained nursing assistants who are experienced in supporting residents with complex or chronic health conditions. Staff receive ongoing training to ensure residents receive compassionate, knowledgeable care tailored to their individual needs.
