Activities
Mountain View Manor offers a wide range of engaging activities designed to support the interests, wellness, and social connection of our residents. Programs include personal, group, and faith-based activities that reflect the diversity of our community. Our current activity calendar is available on our website. Volunteers are an important part of our activity program, and we welcome those interested in giving their time to our residents.

Admissions
Our Admissions Coordinator is available to answer questions about the admission process, including clinical and financial eligibility. We also offer facility tours for families, residents, and referral partners who would like to learn more about our services.

Business Office
The Business Office includes the Administrator, Business Office Manager, and Human Resources staff. This department assists residents and families with billing questions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, insurance inquiries, and employment opportunities.

Food Services
Our Dietary Department prepares nutritious and therapeutic meals designed to meet each resident’s medical needs, dietary restrictions, and personal preferences. A Registered Dietitian oversees the nutritional and clinical aspects of our food service program to ensure quality and balanced meals.

Housekeeping
Our Housekeeping team works daily throughout the facility to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Laundry Services
The Laundry Department provides daily laundering of linens and residents’ personal clothing to ensure comfort and cleanliness.

Maintenance
Our Maintenance Department conducts routine rounds throughout the facility to address repairs, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

MDS / Resident Assessment
The MDS (Minimum Data Set) Coordinator completes comprehensive resident assessments in collaboration with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Services, Dietary, Nursing and Activities. These assessments help create individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs and goals.

Medical Director
Our Medical Director is a licensed physician who partners with Mountain View Manor to oversee the quality of clinical care and medical services provided to residents.

Medical Records
The Medical Records Department maintains secure and accurate clinical records for both current and former residents in compliance with HIPAA privacy regulations.

Nursing
Our Nursing Department provides skilled nursing care and support 24 hours a day. Our licensed nurses and nursing assistants work closely with physicians and care teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.


Rehabilitation Services
Our rehabilitation team works with residents recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization to help them regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Physical Therapy
Licensed Physical Therapists evaluate each patient and develop individualized treatment plans to reduce pain, restore movement, improve mobility, and strengthen muscles.

Physical Therapist Assistants

Physical Therapist Assistants provide therapy services under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to support each patient’s recovery.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapists help residents regain the skills needed for daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and personal care, while promoting independence and safety.

Occupational Therapy Assistants
Occupational Therapy Assistants provide treatment according to care plans developed by Occupational Therapists.

Speech-Language Pathology

Speech-Language Pathologists diagnose and treat disorders related to speech, language, voice, and swallowing to improve communication and safe eating.


Social Services
Our Social Services Director serves as an advocate for residents and families. They assist with emotional support, care planning, discharge coordination, and addressing psychosocial needs during a resident’s stay.

Mountain View Manor specializes in post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care for residents recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Our team provides comprehensive medical care and therapy services designed to help residents regain strength, independence, and quality of life.

Orthopedic Recovery & Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from orthopedic procedures or injuries, including hip, knee, ankle, and shoulder surgery.

Cardiac Recovery & Rehabilitation
Specialized care for residents recovering from cardiac conditions and procedures such as coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG), congestive heart failure (CHF), and pacemaker placement.

Neurological Recovery & Rehabilitation
Therapy and skilled nursing care for residents recovering from neurological conditions such as stroke (CVA), traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson’s disease.

Advanced Wound Care
Skilled nursing treatment for surgical wounds, pressure injuries, and other complex wounds requiring specialized care and monitoring.

Infectious Disease Care
Medical management and isolation protocols for residents requiring treatment for infectious diseases.

Dialysis Support
Care coordination and support for residents requiring dialysis treatments.

Diabetes Management
Comprehensive care and monitoring for residents managing diabetes and related health conditions.

Long-Term Care
24-hour skilled nursing care for individuals whose medical needs require ongoing supervision beyond what can be provided at home or in assisted living.
